Cinematic Video Editor

Creative & Media Remote (India) — open to candidates anywhere in India Full-time · 1–3 years

About the Role

We are looking for a Cinematic Video Editor who can cut footage into stories that hold attention. You will own edits end to end — brand films, client case studies, founder content, ads, and short-form social — bringing a cinematic sense of pacing, colour, and sound to everything that leaves our studio. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in India.

What You'll Do

  • Edit long-form and short-form video: brand films, testimonials, case studies, ads, reels, and YouTube content.
  • Handle the full post-production chain — assembly, pacing, colour grading, sound design, mixing, and export.
  • Create motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and subtle VFX that fit the brand system.
  • Build platform-native cuts (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) without losing the story in the reframe.
  • Manage footage: ingest, organise, back up, and maintain a clean project and asset structure.
  • Work with the strategy and design teams from brief to final cut, and turn feedback around quickly.
  • Occasionally support on-location shoots when a project requires it.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of professional video editing experience with a showreel that demonstrates cinematic craft.
  • Command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut are a plus.
  • Real strength in colour grading and sound design — not just cuts on a timeline.
  • A strong sense of rhythm, story structure, and when to let a shot breathe.
  • Understanding of what performs on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Reliable own workstation capable of handling 4K editing, and a stable internet connection.
  • A portfolio or showreel link is mandatory with your application.

How to Apply
