About the Role
We are seeking a visionary AI Solutions Architect to spearhead our Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives. You will work closely with enterprise clients to identify opportunities where AI can drive massive efficiency gains, and design the technical blueprints to bring those solutions to production.
What You'll Do
- Design secure, scalable, and compliant AI architectures tailored for enterprise use cases (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Evaluate and select appropriate foundational models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source Llama) and implement RAG pipelines.
- Lead technical workshops with client executives to translate business problems into AI-driven technical solutions.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to build, train, and deploy models into production.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 2 years deeply focused on applied AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI).
- Proven track record of taking AI proof-of-concepts into production environments.
